Training Questions
I have a summer ball commitment. Can I do both?
Talk to us. We’ll help you think through which path gives you the biggest return for where you are right now.
As a general rule, most guys stay in the gym for 6-12 weeks, but if you are going to summer ball, you can stay for a shorter block and continue your plan remotely.
Do you guys help with housing?
Yes. We have connections at each location. We’ll help you find something.
Do I need to be at a certain level to train here?
You need to be a college-level pitcher who’s serious about development. We train D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO athletes. The assessment meets you where you are — your Big 3 scores are benchmarked to your level, and your plan is built from your data.
How is this different from what I can do at my school's facility?
Most college facilities don’t have biomechanics labs, motion capture, or force plates feeding a model that predicts what your body should be throwing. They definitely don’t have a system that connects your assessment to an individualized plan and updates it as you train. Your school’s weight room is a tool. This is the system that tells you how to use every tool.
Which location do I train at?
Driveline has facilities in Kent, WA / Scottsdale, AZ / Tampa, FL. All three offer the same assessment, methodology, and coaching system.
