Today one of my workout partners called me up and wanted to do a "badass metcon involving the sled." So, here's what we did:

4 rounds for time:

  • Workout A
    • Push sled + 135 pounds of weight 60 feet
    • Pull sled + 135 pounds of weight 60 feet
    • Push sled + 135 pounds of weight 60 feet
    • Pull sled + 135 pounds of weight 60 feet
  • Workout B
    • Ride Airdyne bike
One partner does Workout A while the other one is indefinitely riding the Airdyne, waiting for his partner to bail him out. Ended up being fun and a lot more taxing than I expected!
