Assess
You will have your skills and athleticism tested and compared against your peers and athletes at your next level (or MLB averages). This helps us develop a clear picture of who you are as an athlete right now. We take this data and meet with you to learn more about your goals. What do you want to accomplish — in your career, or in the next 3-6 months? These short- and long-term plans are taking into account when building your training plan.
Your training plan covers:
- Your drill work
- Your lifting plan
- Technology to monitor your progress
- A knowledgeable coach who can help you hit your goals
But it won’t work for you unless you put in the work….
